This can be helpful if your data account is running low on available bandwidth, to help choose which stream is appropriate to listen to if two or more bitrates are offered.
HE-ACC bitrates are typically between 32kbps and 64kbps. Due to the high efficiency of these audio codecs, you will be able to listen for long periods of time even with the lowest amount of data available.
