Why can't I hear the Tuner2 dog (Leo) bark when I randomize stations?

He will bark if you shake the iPhone to randomize. He will not bark if you touch the "Shake" button.

If he still doesn't bark, make sure you turn on the "Keyboard clicks" in the iPhone's sounds setting and/or your silent switch (on the upper left side of your iPhone) is off (unslient your phone).
