Touch on the action button in the upper right of the player and the action sheet appears. Touch on the "Publish Current Title" button.

Select Twitter, Facebook, or MySpace. You will be asked to enter username and password of your account.

This option is only available when the station is PLAYING and the station is actually sending title information.
